What do they have in common? Food sensitivities.
If food is the root of the problem, no matter what you do to get relief–medications, supplements, detox shakes, stress management, massage, sauna, creams, etc–you will not completely free yourself from the symptoms.
Aren’t you tired from seeing your doctor numerous times without getting a solution?
I have a solution that has helped many of my patients already. They’re free of their pain and enjoying a new life they never knew.
Food sensitivities are reactions of your immune system that differ from food allergies. Normally, your immune system should identify food as benign food substances. However, in people with these symptoms, the immune system loses tolerance to certain foods and starts to attack them. In this process, chemicals (mediators) are released, causing inflammation. If the mediators are released in your brain, you get headaches and migraines. If they’re released in your gut, you get irritable bowel syndrome. If they’re released in your joints, you get fibromyalgia and joint pain.
It’s difficult to identify food sensitivities without a test. The symptoms can take up to 72 hours from the time you ate the food to appear, we eat hundreds of foods on a typical diet, and the reactions are dose-dependent, meaning that a small amount may be ok but a large one isn’t. Many of my patients tell me on their first visit that they can’t tolerate a certain food, but when they go through the program, they find that they can enjoy it. Something else was creating havoc in their bodies, and they didn’t know it.
The mediator release test (MRT), a specialized patented test, measures your immune system reactions to 150 different foods and food chemicals. It’s a simple blood draw. Your blood will be analyzed for food sensitivity immune reactions. Once we have your results, usually a week later, I will give you your own personalized anti-inflammation diet, your LEAP program/diet. It’s your personal detox diet!
Here are testimonials from some of my patients who did the test and went through the food sensitivity program:
The best thing aside from symptom relief [from the MRT-LEAP food sensitivities program] is trying foods I would never have thought to try; foods I thought would have bothered me. I don’t miss the way I was eating. I’m feeling awesome. It’s been so easy. Now I see the giant light at the end of the tunnel.

This is about the best I have felt in a long time. I have to say I think this program [MRT-LEAP food sensitivities program] has changed my life. I went from having to drag myself through the day to being energetic, alert and feeling wonderful over-all. I am essentially symptom free in terms of intestinal problems and it is only when I “cheat” that I feel poorly. This program has really educated on me on food – what I am putting in my body and how it affects me. Thanks again Nour for your help with this.”

After suffering from stomach issues for over 2 years and not getting any relief from prescriptions I started my own research online and found information leading to Nourition. Nour has been wonderful with addressing my problems and finding out what foods are my triggers as well as nutrients I am deficient in. I am feeling great, eating healthy and have fewer symptoms. I am so happy to have found Nour and look forward to being symptom free!

What has been remarkable to me about the LEAP program is that it has taught me how bad I used to feel. I did not know how run down and lethargic I felt until I started the LEAP program. It has really changed my life. I have lost weight. I eat less and have so much more energy than I can remember ever in my adult life. I don’t crave foods and feel weighted down at the end of meals. Simply put it has turned back the clock for me
For 40 years I’ve had migraines, the last 20 +/- with a headache every day. I’ve tried all the “new” drugs, acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments, massage, etc. Nothing seemed to help other than to give minor and temporary pain relief. Finding the LEAP program has been like finding a miracle. Since starting LEAPtwo months ago I haven’t had a full blown Migraine, and the chronic headache has been completely eliminated. With LEAP, and without the constant pain, I have more energy and quite a few of my other aches and pains have gone away. Thank you from me and all of my family!
I have tried the the test and program myself, and I have eliminated my afternoon fatigue and headaches, the pain in my hands and feet, my sinus issues, and my friends have been commenting on how my face is glowing.
But this test is not for everyone. You have to be willing to give up junk, get out of your comfort zone, and start making your own food. Are you worth it? Is feeling free of pain worth it?

I’m sure you want to know what the cost of the test is. The usual cost is $395. The lab that performs the test is offering a $50 discount on any tests ordered between now and September 27th. I want to pass this discount on to you.
If you think it’s still expensive, add up how much money you’ve spent so far on doctors visits, medications, and other therapies that didn’t work. Would you rather spend $345 on therapies that don’t work or buy stuff to collect dust in your home or closet, or would you rather spend the money to have your life back?
If you’re not ready to start feeling great just yet, only 10 people can pre-pay for the test with the discounted rate. You’ll have until the end of the year to get your blood drawn. But you have to act soon.
You don’t have to be in Virginia to take advantage of this!
I’m located in Northern Virginia. If you’re local, I can see you in my office for the nutrition consultations and have your blood drawn from the lab across the street. For the nutrition counseling sessions, I accept Cigna, Aetna, BCBS CareFirst, and Flex spending cards. Other insurances might re-reimburse you.
If you’re in outside of Northern Virginia in the US or Canada, we can arrange to send you a test kit and have your blood drawn. Your consultations will be over the phone. If you’re outside of the US or Canada, reply to this email with your location and we will discuss your options.
